We use TherapyPortal to manage all of our client paperwork, making it easy for you to update contact information and insurance policies. If you have an appointment scheduled but do not have an account set up yet, or if you need your password reset, please contact the office.

Let your counselor or the office manager know if you would like to receive automated SMS or email appointment reminders through TherapyPortal. For SMS notifications, make sure that you have selected the “It is okay to send text messages” option on the info tab of your profile. Email notifications will go to the email associated with your account.
